i'm having a block
i'm not feeling creative
i haven't traveled
i haven't taken pictures

i've been to the john heinz national wildlife refuge and red lobster
the wildlife refuge located in tinicum is ugly and cape fear-ish
smelly marsh, murky waters, pesky bugs, probably snakes, and possibly limbs

the red lobster king crabs were tasty
i passed on the admiral feast
the cheddar bisquits were fair
i didn't seem appropriate to bust out the camera

i'm hot
i'm cranky
simone has an undiagnosed crusty footpad
i have to get up 20 minutes earlier in the am to administer the expensive oral antibiotic

i'll be back in the fall

borgata

lynnie was here all week and left this morning
we had so much fun
i am t i r e d
we ripped up the crowne plaza in kop thursday night and road tripped to atlantic city friday night
lynnie and i were excited for our first visit to the borgata
the parking lot was like pulling into wally world
casino was closed
WTF pp?
very strange
had some premium margaritas at the gypsy and checked out the entire casino and hotel
gambling resumed saturday morning
we played some black jack
being the conservative gambler that i am...i parted with $50 at a $25 black jack table
i actually hung in there for about 22 minutes and had 2 club sodas
the soprano lookin dude next to us blew through $3000 in about 40 minutes
i don't get it
plopped down at a nickle slot machine
rummaged through my change purse for a nickle
dropped it in the machine
the machine spit it out
i then realized you have to start out with $5 bill and up...no thanks
i'm really cheap when it comes to gambling

last night missy and ob hosted a party for the gang
lynnie was the special guest
