Chrissy, there is a guy on the beach in Ocho Rios who rents jet skis and sells a locally-grown herbal remedy, his name is Smokey. Ask for him by name! Tell him I said "Hi"
POWDA--There's also going to be a local on the beach who rents dope,joints, bongs and whatever else you may need or want. Oh and he sells jet ski's, mopeds and alot of other things....although he'll probably hook your POWDANESS up for free.
