my niece cacie turned 12 this week
i took her to kop mall last night for bday gifts
exposed her to neiman marcus, burberry, and louis vuitton
she prefers target and claire's boutique
we trekked through the mall for 3 hours
bought her some goodies...
she's particular not impulsive with her purchases (even when i'm treating) she didn't want me to spend $30 on her at aeropostale; however, she did point to the apple store and said, "they sell ipods"
cacie has pink braces
she's cute and resembles her aunt
we stumbled into a new store club libby lu

owned by saks fifth avenue and aimed at 6-14 yr. olds "tweens"
2nd largest demographic group in US
the store is pepto-bismol pink and has a potion bar with magic fairy dust
a girl with $9.50 can make a small custom-made shower/bath gel or body glitter lotion
they do makeovers, dress-up, and birthday parties ($25 a girl)
we hit the food court including auntie anne's for cinnamon sugar pretzels and headed home...fun night
